Former (guitarist & vocals) of “Kool & the Gang” and a founding member of “Forecast” along with production partners (Adil & Amir Bayyan) in Bayyan Intl.  Royal was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio during the mid 50’s,  but learned to play guitar at the early age of 12 years from a military sergeant in Darmstadt, Germany.  Sgt. Jimmy Swartz who lived down the hall, showed him the chords to “House of The Rising Sun”.  Royal, learned many Country & Rock songs before moving back to Ohio where he later performed with multiple bands in his hometown of Youngstown, Ohio.  As a skillful musician, songwriter, producer, music supervisor, personal manager and Executive Brand Consultant w/ Various Independent Artists, Royal engaged to do deals with multiple Music Industry Execs and Media Projects…
